Note: If ordered in the Fluoride reducing configuration, max recommended flow rate is reduced to 0.25 GPM. If fluoride reduction/removal is a critical concern for you, you may wish to consider Reverse Osmosis as the most appropriate water treatment technology. Fluoride reducing Activated Alumina cartridges should be replaced approximately every 1,000 gallons (presumes average 4 ppm fluoride in incoming tap water).
